Fabrizio Pasqua is vice president and head of regulatory affairs and quality assurance. In this role, Fabrizio leads global regulatory and quality compliance for the company.
Previously, Fabrizio was the vice president of quality in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for Baxter International. He joined Baxter in 2009 and held several roles of increasing responsibility in the company’s quality, manufacturing and research and development departments across several business segments.
Fabrizio also held key roles in quality, compliance and manufacturing of medical devices and pharmaceutical products at Johnson & Johnson, Aventis Pharma, Pharmacia & Upjohn and Menarini Farmaceutici.
Fabrizio received his bachelor's and a master's degree in chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He is also certified as Qualified Person by the Italian Ministry of Health, Project Management Professional from the PMI organization and Black Belt by The Motorola University.
