Heather Wechet is executive vice president and chief people officer. In this role, she is responsible for the company’s global human resources function and fostering a culture focused on Vantive’s four core values of: Care, Trust, Innovation and Own it.
Previously, Wechet was a vice president of human resources for Baxter International. During her 16 years with the company, she held roles of increasing responsibility in support of global business units and leading talent management and employee relations positions. Wechet also held key positions with CDW Corporation and Allstate.
Wechet received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Illinois State University. She also earned a Professional in Human Resources certification and participated in Cornell’s CHRO Leadership Program.
