Holland (Holly) Tahvonen is executive vice president, general counsel and chief legal officer. In this role, she is chief legal adviser and leads the company’s global legal and compliance teams.
Previously, Tahvonen was vice president and deputy general counsel at Baxter International, supporting the company’s global business segments and the Americas. Tahvonen also served as the company’s chief litigation officer.
Tahvonen also served as senior vice president and general counsel at the Apollo Education Group, and she was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
Tahvonen earned her bachelor’s degree in arts, political science and history from the University of Michigan, and her juris doctor from William and Mary Law School.
